Why did you pick this product vs others?: My dr recommended trying an internal supplement vs a topical for my hair loss after my hysterectomy. I had done my research, but I still had doubts. Found Moerie on a sale and went " why not?" 3 months isn't unreasonable, but their 30 day promise was too short. Because I didn't have high hopes I didn't take before and after pics. I have naturally curly color treated shoulder length semi fine hair and the effects were not "whoop there it is" but from November to now ( still taking btw) my hair has grown 7" the fall I was experiencing is barely noticeable and my part has filled in. My hair is softer too. I have a ton of baby hairs still coming in and touching up my roots is more frequent but it's a good problem to have. More astonishing is how fast my nails are growing, and they are healthy. I do acrylic covers to protect my nails and the last time they removed them the nail beds were healthy and pink. I will be honest and due to taking other supplements in the past and bad side effects only took one gel capsule daily instead of 2. There is no fishy after burp and it doesn't upset my stomach. I will continue with just the one as crazy long growth wasn't my goal, but so far it has done everything it claimed to do.

Every Biotin product I tried was 5000 or 10,000 mg Biotin. This is 20,000 mg biotin. I checked to make sure & it is safe the only downside is be sure & let your dr know if you are taking biotin because it messes with some lab test results. Even when I can’t see immediate changes, I feel good knowing I’m doing something concrete for my future hair and skin health. It mixes biotin with other vitamins and nutrients that are supposed to help your hair, skin, and nails as part of taking care to yourself.
Okay, this might sound weird, but I have to mention something about the way these capsules look. Maybe I am being romantic about details, but the clear capsules let you see what’s inside, and that’s really nice. So playful, creative and interactive, they almost make you want to stop and look at what you’re actually taking instead of of hiding it all.
For real, that see through thing feels honest to me, and I really like that. My only complaint?? I wish they had bigger bottles. Since you need to take supplements every day for at least several months, having 120 capsules would be way easier and much convenient. It’s still early to see big changes, but I’m exiting to see what happens.
Taking these supplements is part of what I do every day. It helps me stay focused on taking care of myself and making small choices that help me become who I want to be, feel, and look.
